This podcast celebrates Pete Shepley who is the oldest living owner of a compound bow company. PSE Archery just celebrated 50 years and Pete tells stories of where the compound bow industry started and the different things he’s seen since sanding his first compound risers under a tree in his front yard close to where I shot my first archery tournament. Pete is a living legend and one of the few left to tell stories of the greats like Fred Bear, Tom Jennings and Earl Hoyt. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

He spent five years at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland as a general surgery resident.He spent two years at the National Cancer Institute. Currently Peter is the founder of Attia Medical, PC, a medical practice with offices in San Diego and New York City, focusing on the applied science of longevity. He has a super scientific podcast called The Drive. I couldn’t think of a better person to coach archery while drafting life lessons. He has experience and wisdom that will change who you are as a person.

PC 243 is with the Leadership Icon Jocko Willink. He was commander of SEAL Team Three's Task Unit Bruiser during the Battle of Ramadi.
