PC 307 - An Archery Arm Bar with Leah Taylor.

PC 307 is with Leah Taylor who is currently a full time fitness and jiu jitsu coach at Straight Blast Gym of Montana. Leah has a lifelong background in martial arts but also has a degree in education and teaching. She is a high level black belt with multiple titles around her belt. Recently she picked up a bow for the first time and began down the archery path. In this podcast we talk about both learning and teaching a sport.
