PC 257 - Body Slamming and Bow Cramming
PC 257 is with WWE superstars Ray Rowe (ERIK- Vikings Raiders) and Sarah Rowe (Sarah Logan). They are new to Bowhunting and super addicted to becoming self sustaining outdoorsman. They came out for a full day of archery lessons and instructions. We crammed a lot into one day and then did a full recap after an awesome meal on the grill.

thanks for doing what you do and sharing your experience. I just bought my son(5 yrs) a pse bow (grow with me) can you recommend some ways he could build up some arm strength. (I have him using 2lb weights doing rows). I know I need to bring him to a shop to get setup , is there something that you would suggest for him....I'm new myself,been shooting an elite ritual for about 7 to 8 months and love it. thanks again and for your you tube videos

PC 257 was a good podcast John but if I have to hear someone say "like" again as a filler word I swear to God I'm going to lose my mind!!
