PC 243 - Jocko Willink Industry - Icons Series
PC 243 is with the Leadership Icon Jocko Willink. He was commander of SEAL Team Three's Task Unit Bruiser during the Battle of Ramadi. Although he needs no formal introduction he is co-author of the books Extreme Ownership and The Dichotomy of Leadership. Jocko is the perfect guest for my second installment to the Icon Series. We sit down following a great week on the mountain in Big Sky. We talk about what our experiences can add to your life, love and business.

I was in Ramadi before he got there and was there for most of that team’s time. Strange that I never heard of all these great accomplishments (even having had to sit through the BUB repeatedly). Glad they received so many awards (guess that is important for the them) but most branches will give you an award for not sticking your finger through the toilet paper when wiping your azz, especially to officers. At least he wasn’t in New Orleans shooting civilians during Katrina, killing car jackers or punching scruff face in a bar. Thanks for re-packaging every proven leadership trait with your stamp if approval and taking credit for it. Your legs must be really sticky from all the corporate and civilians that needed a class on setting an alarm and making their bed. BZ, shipmate.....
