Hey John, just want to start out by saying I love your podcast and everything you do for arches I filed you for a long time, just wanted to leave a comment then try to help educate you on the knee pads on the saddle Hunter, I've been a saddle Hunter for over 10 years and actually the knee pads are used but a lot of Saddle Hunters because they are actually facing the tree and in a sitting position they use the rest their knees against the tree and the knee pads are a big help, that is why you see some pics with saddle Hunters using the knee pads, most saddle Hunters are actually true minimalist, I just wanted to add that so you would know why you saw the knee pads, thanks again for everything you do.!
